Tesco +smenarna valiut

I'm shopping here quite often (it's the only shop of its kind nearby anyway) and summarized in points: Pluses: + scan&shop - very easy to use and saves hell of a time. + variety and availability of bakery products. + most items available in enough quantities. + reasonable prices. + if you're not too picky and e.g. buying just for yourself you can find good stuff in discount section for tonight dinner. + clean and tidy. Opportunities: - at pandemic times like this to have a contactless disinfection at entrance and within the store. - the place is kind of the same for years. I know it's a matter of company uniformity to some extent, however some upgrades could be done like fridges with doors instead of open shelfs. Comparing to some Tesco stores I have visited in the UK, I had a better feeling from those over there. Or if e.g. Globus had ever been built close by... - replenishing could be less apparent and messy. I understand the intention to replenish the most in one go with least people possible and the staff does their best not to disturb customers and block roads but still. The overall esthetic impression isn't great. - from the customer point of view to work here ain't the dream job. If it was, there would be smiling and relaxed people. Although (to be fair) it's an issue of most big shops in Czech, comparing to mood and attitude of staff in northern and western European countries. In nutshell it's an ok Tesco store which could make itself even better (I mean go get inspired to Globus, ICA in Sweden, Coop or Migros in Switzerland or even your own in the UK).
