The nice-looking chicken fillet in the bun was frozen inside when I brought it back and asked politely, there was no excuse for reheating. When the lady gave it to me: she would probably not be cold anymore (omg, it was not cold but frozen ..), so for a change it was as hard as concrete and flew out into the basket outside. I work for fast food and I would not dare give this to anyone in my life and not sell it for 60 CZK at all.
