I hate Planeo Elektro. We bought a Samsung phone there for our daughter a few years ago. And after half a year it stopped working and the approach of the shop attendant and negotiations with my wife. Well, horror we haven't been there since. And I'll never buy anything there again.

It's great that you have opening hours until 20:00 everywhere on the website, but at 18:00 the order can no longer be picked up due to check-out. Really perfect approach specifically the Kladno American branch. So men warmly recommend to everyone this I have not yet experienced. And just so even when I called drove 20 km unnecessarily 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 approach really perfect.

Absolutely shocking experience through TV complaints. I do not recommend !!!! The TV stopped working in one day and they were not able to write complaints at the stores with us. Unprofessional and unpleasant behavior !!! I will never buy from them again !!!!
