Today, I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the employees. May everyone and everywhere work this way. That would be nice for us :)

It depends on which worker you come across here. Of course, there are more experienced, but also the opposite cases - ie probably everywhere. The building is quite cool, the queues are not waiting too long. It depends on when you go to the branch :)

I didn't wait quite well for a long time and at the checkout I don't pay for oral dental hygiene at all, only for pregnant women and I'm not a pregnant guy.
