The ordering system does not work at all. Mr. working at the branch was annoying. I hope I never have to go there again.

I visited the branch yesterday, ie 9/29/2020. Although they do not have a lunch break on the website, I read on the branch door that there is a break between 12:00 and 13:00. After waiting two hours (!!!) for the caretaker of this branch, I did not wait. After a phone call with Mr. Krišek, I was told that a colleague took time off and will not arrive, not even the next day. Poor information of clients, very unprofessional approach and behavior on the part of the branch employee.

Today a visit to the branch that was supposed to be open. After a 20 km route, it was discovered that the branch is now open only from eleven o'clock. Unfortunately, to my discovery, the branch was closed even though it was after twelve o'clock 🤔.
