At eleven in the morning we asked to repair the toilet by phone, at half past two the toilet was completely replaced. Something like that is not so easy to see - the speed of repair has literally shocked our family. Great!

Ask for the price in advance, do not forget to ask if you can find out the price with or without VAT in the phone, if there is a flat rate and what is the price besides the watch. Yeah, and if you wait about half an hour for the plumber / heating engineer to go back for the right vercajk, so it counts in the price, yes. Sure, my inexperience in talking about craftsmen. If the final price were twice higher than expected, I would give three stars.

We were satisfied with the company. They moved water, waste, and blinded the gas in the kitchen we had renovated. The communication regarding the work and the dates was great, after the already agreed date we needed to move the date a few weeks forward, due to the inconveniences that appeared after the floor was uncovered. The company, despite the full deadlines, met our needs. The price for the work was a little higher than we expected, but the communication, willingness and work were fine, so we would rather pay extra and if we needed the company for something again, we would like to contact them again. For us, I really recommend and wish Sedláček good luck and satisfied customers like us.
