Mazda's worst service. Employees indifferent, reluctant, customer interest zero. Someone won these people on a bike accident and it had to give him a great job to hit it like that. An empty car showroom, about six people on the scene and no one will even bother about you. Never. With one exception, which I will not name. This ignorant team would eat him. I don't understand that this horror still works. The complete opposite is the Mazda former Mazda RnL or the current Mazda ÚnL.

During the last visit, the dealer applied hysterically anti-covid measures, during today's visit the dealer was fine and willingly presented the offer of the car show.

Hello, I am a truck driver on Friday, November 29th, I imported 3 new Mazda to your branch. I can only say that the attitude and professional approach Ladies and gentleman me pleasantly surprised. I like to come back to you again and bring new cars directly to Antwerp. I wish as many sold cars !!!!!

I contacted this Mazda branch twice. One day for regular annual service and recoding the starter card. The price offer for the service was 2,000 more expensive than in another Mazda, and it is not possible to recode the card (else it has been transcoded for free - savings of 2,000, - + 9,400, -). For the second time I wanted to complain about the peeled varnish from the cast discs (the car was in a 3-year manufacturer's warranty). The moment I confirmed to the master that the car was not bought in the Czech Republic, or rather in them, the persuasion began to argue why not to try the complaint. Above all, the car should allegedly stay with them at the branch throughout the complaint attempt, which makes no sense. So I contacted another Mazda again, where, of course, my bikes cost about 24,000, - they spoke out and exchanged a new one without any problems. Surprisingly, the car did not have to pay for the car and confirmed the claim 3 hours after its submission. Do we need to deliver something? I have 5 minutes to Kladno, but I prefer to go to the service 150 km away.
