Unfortunately, I have to write a negative comment.
I reported vehicle defects and the service in about two months was not able to fix everything. I had to have the engine replaced. It was agreed in advance that the service would pay for the purchase of the engine and then the engine would charge me for the total invoice. Unfortunately, it didn't happen!
Mr. Schwab intervened and said NO!
Embarrassed service technician, customer and engine supplier. Everyone looked like crazy.
Of the errors I reported, almost all were not resolved. About 40,000 repairs and almost nothing made of it. Especially Mr. Moc is a promising technician. Mr. Moc probably has too much! He says he'll call, find out and verify nothing.
The excuses themselves.
At one o'clock he says he's going to the car with the car, and then I find out he's going to the doctor. Strange when to hand over the vehicle.
Car repair after an accident, perfect work and communication. Thank you very much!
