Experience with service 3 times from the obligatory liability of the culprit of the car accident. They are willing to share all the information in advance, I have always been lent a better car than I handed in, they will solve all the paperwork with the insurance company for me, most things could be documented by e-mail. Handing over my and rented car, including paperwork, took up to 15 minutes. This is exactly what I think it should look like. I was always extremely satisfied with the quality of repairs.
A very professional approach, everything from the purchase of a new car to the processing of documents went perfectly well. I have experienced the best meeting here so far, Mr Slepička is a person in his place. I can highly recommend.

The only flaw in the beauty was the refusal to buy the existing car in exchange (but it's more about the policy of knowledge, the dealer himself has nothing to do with it).
