About half a year ago, I was also satisfied with these building materials, but since then, the approach to the customer in the event of a problem is tragic. To outline the situation .. a week in advance, I emailed 2 pallets of internal stucco in these building materials for a special price of CZK 76 incl. VAT from the leaflet for the month of August, with the proviso that I wrote the required quantity and price for the bag. I was answered that without everything, it is possible to take this quantity for a given price, up to a maximum of 30.8. The problem occurred when I wanted to remove the material. I come to the building materials and say that I have reserved 2 pallets of internal stucco in action. Both girls are looking at each other and have a terrible joke that I want to buy something in action and they don't even know that they have a leaflet. I was there at the end of August (the leaflet was valid until 31 August). So I repeat that I would like to remove 2 reserved pallets of stucco for the special price of CZK 76 from the leaflet for the month of August. After a while of haggling and finding out what the price really is like, Mr. Bičanová almost started crying for me that she wouldn't even buy it for this price and they started wriggling and making excuses. After all, I, as a customer, don't care at all how much they buy, for once they have this price in the leaflet, so maybe they should keep it, moreover, when the ladies confirmed it to me a week ago. They started making fun of me there, that they could tell me that the material was already sold out (after they told me they had 426 bags in stock, but they didn't know that I would want to buy it for the special price of CZK 76). For a normal price of about 104 CZK, it is said that it is not a problem to buy .. The young lady sitting next to me (Vystrčilová) objected to me that they could easily have told me that it was only until stocks were sold out (I had been booked a week in advance with an answer directly from Ms. Vystrčilová that it was in stock and also directly on the day of purchase have in stock). Well, after a while, when she didn't know how to go on, she tells me that I found the leaflet on the Internet, and that it is said to be valid only for the e-shop (there is nothing like that on the leaflet). I say that there is nothing written like that, and she asked me where I found the leaflet, I say that on the Internet and she: well, you see, this only applies to the e-shop. So I answer her that if I print out the leaflet, I will look at it on paper and the event will apply directly to building materials and not to the e-shop? :-D Well, she didn't know what to say anymore .. I went primarily only for this material, I still had an acquaintance with me arranged for the transport of a part of the material (2 pallets + I would not load other material), so the additional costs and time of another person. And useless. Just customer service 0 (I took the material in these building materials in the hundreds of thousands for 2 houses). And just nothing. 4 days after this situation, the price of CZK 76 incl. VAT, so the customer continues to be deceived, even though they know about the error. So make a picture of yourself, how it goes in these building materials. I also work in construction, but such behavior in the company where I am employed would not be absolutely possible. As soon as I make a mistake, there is a difference from my salary or insurance and I will apologize to the customer for what I caused (not even a hint of a similar solution from both Mrs. Bičanová and Mrs. Vystrčilová). Only making excuses and lying. That they won't even buy material for this price, that we called together and they didn't confirm this price to me, and so on ... They didn't know where to go anymore. I note that the fact that these building materials would not keep the price, which we had agreed in advance, happened to me for the second time. Personally, I am done with these dishonest building materials and I will definitely pass on my experience so as not to deceive other customers.

We take the material for the whole construction rd and they always met our needs and process the demands within two days, which we expected much longer for other building materials.
