It really is rare to praise and thank you for the work of the Police. We were looking for directions to Karlstein Castle. Google Navigation directed us to the road with traffic only allowed for vehicles with permits. OK - our mistake that we got into it. We were stopped by a very nice policeman, who instead of imposing a ticket, led us to where we needed to be. We do not know whether this Lord was from this or a second post, so we thank both of them for their kind approach.

Disaster, collect money for passage to the castle. It is not possible to pass through the village to the castle without payment. Reportedly entry to vintage on 27.9.2015. Even if you are not interested, you have to pay. It is a shame
