I would like to take this opportunity to express my great thanks to Mr. Petýrek for the time he has given us in terms of buying a cottage. I think that according to the above from Mr. Kašpar and the stated amount, this property is identical. My experience with this office is already 7 years and without a single reproach. I certainly cannot agree here with Mr Kašpar, who obviously wanted to harm Mr Petýrek and his well-functioning office. Throughout the transaction, from two inspections of the cottage to the visit of the bank's appraiser, Mr. Petýrek acted professionally, did not conceal anything, and everything I needed was always answered and explained to my question. Mr. Kašpar wonders about the amount of the reservation fee. It was explained to us that in the mentioned amount it is not only the office's remuneration and immediately why such an amount is documented. So Mr. Kašpar certainly had this information, and a smart person certainly knows that any reward is paid by the seller, not Mr. Kašpar. So I think that there is absolutely nothing in the reservation fee, which is included in the whole sale price of Mr. Kašpar. Unfortunately, our plan to buy this cottage did not work out due to unsatisfactory conditions of the bank, but we already have another property in the reservation through Mr. Petýrek. So many thanks to Mr. Petýrek for his time and for his maximum efforts. So, Mr. Kašpare, keep your head up and, most importantly, think about yourself the next time you want to get someone dirty, so take a look at your spelling, which is at the level of a second-grade student. Mr Petýrek, he is not being polite. We were seriously interested in the property, which we wanted to finance from our own resources, but due to absurd terms, when we could not go through the reservation contract with a lawyer, he told us that he would not close a deal with us, that one with another applicant. There were ambiguities in the reservation contract regarding the pre-emption right to land for the Czech Republic. When we asked Mr. Petýrek when and how the right would be revoked, the answer was that by the time the purchase contract was signed, proceedings would be initiated to revoke this right, but it was no longer specified whether and when it would actually be revoked. Furthermore, according to information from other brokers from REMAX, this is a completely non-standard procedure. With the price of the property 1 million CZK, the reservation fee was 240,000 CZK. So, just because we came up with a problem, he didn't answer the phone and only told us by e-mail that he would not close the deal with us, that he would negotiate with another interested party. The day after this information, we found out that the property was advertised again, probably another interested party found out that there was a problem or that Mr. Petýrek vulgarly lied to us. Beware of this office !!!!

The RE / MAX Garant office under the leadership of Mr. Petýrek works absolutely professionally. Mr. Petýrek has been taking care of us and our real estate for more than five years. He recommended and provided us with housing in Beroun, where we are absolutely satisfied. Over the years, I have not had one complaint against his work, so I absolutely do not believe what Mr Kašpar writes here. It is sad that there are people like Mr Kašpar and I am glad that I do not know him and I do not even want to meet him. According to his expressive abilities, it is possible to see what kind of person he is. Mr. Petýrka, hold on and believe that Kašpar will remain Kašpar. Petr Stejskal. Beroun.

Very good dealings with the customer. I definitely recommend Mr. Petýrek and this office. If I ever need real estate services or advice, I will definitely contact this company. I am absolutely satisfied. I do not believe Mrs David what she says here. In my and my experience, it's a lie, and it's definitely drunk so badly. David takes revenge for something.
