I have already written a total of 5 e-mails, called, but still without an answer.
Very annoying.
NON-SOLID COMPANY. In June 2020, we ordered a board. They immediately sent an advance invoice with a 14-day maturity. We paid here. They never delivered the board, after our notice they sent a credit note with a maturity of 47 days. They did not even comply with it and did not return the money either within 14 days after the due date of the credit note or after our telephone urgency. They don't take phones. So they have been holding us over 17,000 crowns for almost 5 months.
Absolutely unreliable company, only promises and learned phrases, goods delivered after 4 months after constant telephone emergencies. The delivered goods did not correspond to the ordered one, they settled the complaint for another 3 months. The fitter arrived for the repair without a drill, instead of two hours the assembly took 5 hours. By no means do I recommend the company !!!!!!!!!!!
