Disgusting prices. At the time of Covid19, when all laptops were sold out, the prices of those in stock were incredibly high. I'll never go back just because of this gluttony. In an emergency, you will meet a serious company.

Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED! I had my laptop repaired with the hinges broken and the OS doesn't want to boot up. I was told that when the laptop went through diagnostics, they would contact me. I got a message saying that the total price of these repairs would be 4 300 CZK. I found it too much, so I did not agree with the correction. This message (that I disagree with the correction) somehow did not get where it should and I have to return the laptop so I waited 3 weeks. So I put the laptop in another service where I was told that the hard disk was damaged and had to be replaced. This was not mentioned in Mironet, and yet the total price of repair in the second service came to 3 200 CZK (1 100 CZK less + new hard disk). It should be noted that when returning ntb forgot me to return the charger, which I handed them with ntb, so I was here to pick up a week later. No apology. For all this is not ashamed to ask for 500 CZK for diagnostics. And I'm sure I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with this service, because when I was picking up the ntb, the master in front of me also had some problems. Certainly I will never appear again.
