I give one star, but if it were possible I wouldn't give one. When handing over the complaint, the saleswoman buzzed me: "Why didn't you pick it up earlier". After I told her it wasn't her business, she slammed the door at the counter and walked off to nowhere. The lady and the staff of the store probably have a nice mess in complaints when it was such a problem to find out. The store manager, incompetent, didn't even say "sorry" and she was watching the show the lady had played for me there. The next time I want shoes that don't last even 2 months and an unrecognized complaint, when I want to experience a play with neurotic blood behind the counter again, I know where to go.

I was in this establishment for the third time and always complete cows and oxen their behavior has no level and they always look as if the customer has never bothered them again !!!!!!!!
