I was forced to solve some things there outside my "home" branch in Prague in Copenhagen. Now I know it was a mistake. At first, we came across an absolutely arrogant lady (or miss), who couldn't advise and was very haughty. Then her colleague stepped in with it, and we already made something up ... And to call someone on a cell phone or an official phone? I have several SMS from several numbers that they call back ... They never called. However, since then (unfortunately, I have to communicate with them with regard to inheritance matters) via e-mail (even to the branch manager). Their responses to my questions are sad in weeks ... Unbelievable. I myself do business and such approach to clients is absolutely unacceptable for me. As a ČSOB Premium client I would really imagine it diametrically different. I recommend the Litomerice branch to go to Prague to learn more at Copenhagen.

I would like to deposit money into an ATM when it is designed for that, and you could also fix a card reader to open the door.
