I came after a phone deal today 1.7.19 for examination, what struck me was "professionalism" receptionist, or who it was. At 10:15, I handed over a medical report to this person, and after 105 minutes of waiting in the waiting room she tells me that the traumatologist is not present, that I am waiting unnecessarily. Where she took the information that the traumatologist is not present I do not know, but unfortunately I did not see the information anywhere, even on the pages of this surgery - otherwise I would not come on Monday when the traumatologist was supposed to be there. Really professional conduct.

Dread. Man goes only to control, deliberately get up early in the morning and still there waiting for four hours and completely unnecessary because the doctor will have a full waiting room at lunch and on it two hours. We did not turn up until 4 pm and only on the bandage. 8 and a half hours away .....

5 * examinations, but what I see are major weaknesses is a functional website, information about running hours, a broken phone contact, and so on.
