Vřele doporučuji se tomuto obchodu vyhnout. Řešení první reklamace zdlouhavé a nepříjemné. Nakonec nám byl dodán “nový” podvozek. Nový v uvozovkách, protože kvalita neumožňuje ani základní funkci - tlačení kočárku. Při tlačení nám padá madlo dolu. Ve výsledku bychom na tom byli lépe, kdybychom si nechali již první podvozek (i když s vadou, která znemožňovaly “pouze” pohodlně složení). To, co nám bylo dodáno je vtip. Obchod nekomunikuje, respektive během posledních 14ti nebyl schopny odpovědět. Svoje peníze prosím utraťte jinde.

After 18 months (the last 6 not used, we bought another one), the pram started to show signs of wear, but such that the wheels tilted so that even the fenders could not be put on, because they rub and fall while driving. The system of transmitting the force of tilting the stroller has practically stopped working, if we put on a sports body and put an 11kg toddler there, practically the problem of lifting the stroller to the rear and crossing a higher curb - so we probably still have to ride on straights. I attach a photo. The pram returned from the complaint with the result that everything was fine - I am attaching a photo of at least the wheels. Another funny thing was with the complaint, first the staff told me to send the stroller somewhere in Poland, which I replied that it is out of the question that they are the sellers, so I'm complaining about the store where I bought, not somewhere in Poland. Longer, when I arrived at the store, they began to explain to me that it made sense that if I put a "sports car" there, it went worse, worse yes, but not so that I had to practically lean forward to make the front wheels of the stroller at all. I still had to wash the stroller and the wheels right in the shop, which by the way was not dirty, that the Poles require the strollers clean.As I mentioned, the stroller was clean, as well as the wheels, but I still packed a bucket of water and rag and on the ground I washed there ... What else to say, never again, I'd rather go somewhere else and hope it won't be the same.

A quick solution and helpful evaluation of the complaint (they did not force a different solution or a different stroller, nor the same stroller of the manufacturer) followed the return of the entire amount before the deadline. I did not expect such helpfulness and speed. I recommend.

The service of the prams, specifically Mr. Gron, will not take over the pram, which is packed differently than in a box, unfortunately I received a more safe bubble wrap, but it is said that it did not. So I will send the package again and hopefully this time I will succeed and take over the service of the pram. How the complaint will turn out and if I will have a bad or good experience like the others below, I will probably write another time. Otherwise I praise, dear lady from the line.
