I have been going to Bodytec Chomutov for almost 3/4 years. I have a sedentary job and little time. In the past, my back often hurt, especially when standing for a long time, for example at a concert or after sitting in a car for a long time. My legs also hurt a lot after the first spring bike or skate rides and the first winter skiing. And I gained weight. It's all over now.
I'm excited :-). Everything works as described. I am very glad that I learned about this possibility of strengthening. In addition, a very encouraging, helpful, kind and professional approach of the people in the studio. It is very motivating and I believe in the expected result :-)
It's amazing, I'm very happy. The exercise is great, as is Mrs. Lucie, who caters to me in everything.
