May be the worst hotel in this region when you consider to service and staff. But just it's location is nice, it is just over the ski slopes. All other than this actually not good. Dark room with small window, bad sauna, difficult to reach to city by walking, disrespectful angry and shouting staff. Nearly everything cost extra money in hotel.

Since I can compare services with other hotels, you will get more for less money elsewhere. Breakfast - you will never see vegetables or fruits. Sauna and whirlpool-we did not even get there, the receptionist was not even willing to come out to meet us and we had the whirlpool, although it was included in the price of the voucher, they wanted to pay extra. They write that the whirlpool is for two, you there. Receptionist-general reluctance. Other announced services and discounts also did not take place. No dessert with coffee, no other discounts on services in Špindl, you won't get that stupid map of Špindl. Dinner-like nothing much, but the chef great! Other staff - the waiter takes your used dishes straight from the "mushroom" :-). We better spend down in Spindl, for refreshments, coffee, pizza ..... It's all about people and we probably weren't lucky. Otherwise it would be O.K. But in principle, when I offer people something for their money, I should give it !!!

Absolute satisfaction. Everything was fine and the staff- great.
