Dave is the right person in the right place. His mode of leadership is exceptional and beneficial for both body and soul. So if you have a health problem or a desire to improve or just want more strength, then Dave is the right choice. In just 3 workouts, I got more than 3 months in a gym without a coach. But this is my experience and the best is to have my own.

I work as a personal trainer - a very pleasant person with insight, knowledge and practice. He does not play anything and knows what he's doing. Learn to practice in style that gives you a comprehensive functionality for all sport and movement. It will show you how to breathe properly and work with your body before you are tumbling around. It shows how to stretch and also tells why. In short, everything in logical order, as it should be. Coaches who just copy training for 3 workouts a week do not even look at you, they know nothing about your body or goals - you just wiggle them ... Dejv will lead you out of many dogmas and guesses about the right exercise. I try to keep his style, although it's sometimes more demanding than choosing a simple way without thinking ... At Dejv at the gym, I think everything I need is different. And especially good home atmosphere! And the opener - it does not exist, 24/7 does not have a mistake and it's WORTHY !!!
