I am very disappointed with Mr Ondra's actions. Through his new e-shop, I ordered two vouchers for the Dorn method worth CZK 3,000. After receiving the order, I wanted to pay the vouchers, however, the account number was not listed anywhere. After contacting Mr. Ondra, I was referred to his old website, where I re-ordered these vouchers. Since with the method of payment it was possible to pay in cash even after entering the method of delivery by Czech Post, I chose this option. On December 6, Mr. Ondra contacted me by phone asking if I had sent the money, as it was leaving on this day. I told him I had chosen to pay in cash. Mr Ondra then stated that he was canceling the order, as it was not possible to send the vouchers without prior payment. Despite my request for cash on delivery, which he has on offer (and it was not stated on the website that it is only a payment at the hotel reception, which he told me) our call was strictly terminated. I am very sorry for his reluctant behavior, of course I would pay for the shipment, it was a Christmas present. The idea that a person with such behavior would massage my parents, I am glad that I finally chose another Zlín therapist.
He's a guy who knows what he's doing
Mr. Ondra helped not only me but also my parents. His demeanor is very pleasant, he is willing, he suggests logical procedures and his methods will help you. Mr. Ondra is number one for me and I highly recommend it!
