Great online lessons! I hope they will continue to do so. Even for us who are from afar. :),
Even after the change of owner, this studio is the best that can be found in Liberec. A personal approach and a large selection of diverse lessons, as well as great instructors, will always give me what my body needs. As a bonus I have to appreciate the beautiful spaces of the studio :-)

During my few visits to the Siggh-Yoga studio, I liked that I never felt "stupid" because I'm no big yogi :) On the contrary, the instructor (in my case Terka) took care of me and willingly advised me on "lighter variant" exercise to avoid breaking: D
I think that the studio is nice in that each of the offered lessons will find the "BEST for him", whether you are a beginner or advanced :) Great satisfaction for me :)
The studio is very nice. And everyone can find what they enjoy here. I was very pleasantly surprised by Flow yoga with Victoria and also Thursday by Hatha with Jenda and Friday's Vinyasa with Janča. It basically doesn't matter what kind of teacher and type of yoga you choose. Always give a pleasant stretch and satisfaction. You can sweat a lot or relax here. I enjoy this studio in Liberec the most. Nice people, beautiful studio, affordable. Don't hesitate and go try it. Beginners and advanced will find theirs. ♥ ️
