Reservation contract in which I should undertake to accept the terms of the purchase contract, while it is not possible to look into the purchase contract and Mr. Hála's comment that this is normal. I would probably have to be a lot of believers. I do not deny the disappointment that it was not possible to buy an apartment, but these conditions a reasonable person aware of the legal consequences can not accept.

I can only recommend, from the inspection of the apartment to move it took only 3 weeks even with the settlement of the mortgage. It was always enough to come and sign, everything was exemplary prepared. We would like to thank Mr. Hála and Mrs. Hlaváčová for professional services.
