Mrs. Romana Vavrušková from the real estate agency Becker & spol. behaved very unprofessionally! She was reluctant, uncomfortable on the phone, and it was no better in a personal meeting. She invited us for a tour of the house, so that our visit put pressure on the previous applicant and increase his interest. From the very beginning, it was clear that she wanted to get rid of us, she led us home very quickly and without words, and then she almost drove us out with the words that she would contact us. It was very clear that we were there unnecessarily. She wasted our time. We had a long way to go for nothing. Brokers like Mrs. Vavrušková spoil the name of the whole company. Today requires greater humanity and professionalism in dealing with the client.
