The worst experience I have ever had trying to get my order. I ordered back in middle of Dec. My order doesn't even have a valid tracking number though they insist. The tracking stops tracking mid January. It's impossible to get an immediate response and then when they did finally respond it was only because I placed a case at paypal otherwise they NEVER responded to my direct emails. Of course when it comes to their money they respond but what about my $1000 they have and now I have no beads? I am so disheartened. I have mentioned this to many of my fellow sellers and they too have stopped ordering because of similar issues. They stated poor communication and untimely manner of which to get resolution and beads never showing up as main issues. I am shocked because I order from all over the world for my beads and non of the other places I have ordered ever treated me like this. I understand my piddly little $1000 order is not much to them but at least an effort could be made. In the end being told it was my fault for the beads not being here was the last straw. I am going to file a case with Paypal and not just a complaint. It's not acceptable in this climate of the world that the little guy is treated this way. I will go elsewhere for my bead supply and make sure everyone knows who is in my realm the way I was treated. It's not good business, it's not good to be treated like I am not a valuable customer. This has been a good lesson to me as I will attempt to never treat my customers in the same manner as it feels terrible.
