So let's sum it up. The Trebovice service is over and the carmaker won't let you know. Mainly that I'm bothered with unnecessary conversations about satisfaction. All that remains is to drive to AutoBond near Makra in Ostrava for a guarantee. I don't know what it looks like after a year, but on the last visit it was not possible to park, because there was no place (strength). I have not called for service once in the last 2 years. Missed calls mean nothing to them, if there is an error in the matrix, they will call you back because X missed calls annoy them too. Then you agree to call you and confirm the deadline ... what do you think they called or not? :) I do not understand how the carmaker can let the service in Ostrava feel like this. This must discourage people from buying a new car, so for sure.

Service KIA sportage. I was here for a guarantee inspection sometime in September 2019. The price for the inspection was agreed and the actions did not correspond to the price we agreed. In addition, during the warranty inspection on the car replaced parts that I did not request, so the invoice increased by another 3000 CZK. Unfortunately, they did not adjust the parking brake during the warranty inspection. The car is under warranty and today they have the nerve to ask me for the parking brake! At the reception sits a man who looks as if you bothered him. I have not seen such an approach for a long time. The only thing that works there is a bodywork service with these services I was absolutely satisfied, but there you order outside the reception Kia. These people are very attentive and very helpful. For this KIA reception disaster. Already after 3 repaired the key to the car, talked about ordering a new and replaced, but I came and Mr. with the key went somewhere away, came and that the key is repaired. Total 3x! So here I was last! Absolutely not recommend! This service is interested in paying the repair invoice rather than customer satisfaction! There may be a time when large branded services, despite a large number of orders, do not value clients, but these clients will soon be aware of the fact that they will never come back where they feel dissatisfied!
