Great fitness and coffee place. If you have he kid there is a place where you can leave the ne ad make full focus on workout.

I give 90%. One of the small fitness centers in Ostrava, where you do not go stubborn exercisers and the atmosphere can be seen. Already at the entrance you will be welcomed very helpful and basically always very well tuned staff, always smiling! Therefore, before you start exercising, you are already in the form :) Showers and changing rooms are again compared to the Ostrava fitness scene scene very well preserved, clean and does not stink. Reportedly this was not always the case, but January 2020 regularly clean. The lockers have a user-friendly code locking system. Fitko is very spacious, I do not know exactly how many meters, but the space is plenty, as well as the lack of sufficient number of machines, benches. In addition, opposite the bar is an aerobic zone with treadmills, and a stretching zone. Even fitko is clean, machines are like new. At the bar you can have a drink at an affordable price, after the bartender will make a delicious coffee or pizza :) I highly recommend a visit. Cuba
