Dread. The insulation in the bathroom does not meet the standards. Walls. ceiling, flooring is done so you can hear almost everything, the facade is not like it, the plastic windows are blowing, the heating goes to the top level, just so it does not shout. Smoking in flats and in the corridors is common and is not solved. At least lifts are new.
