He never apologized for the situation! Master Hample, you are a prime example of what this should not look like. If you don't like it or don't want to do it, go planting spruces in kindergarten, for example. If you lie to your customers and make a fool of them, you will definitely lose them. There are plenty of good and better services. P.S .: maybe it would be enough if you dealt with people on a level playing field ... But you need to think. Success! (so never better again).
