Unrivaled service. Active approach - you do not wait 2 weeks to call what is wrong with the car. The possibility to import the vehicle is also immediate - no waiting periods. Very affordable, no overpriced services. Ongoing consultations on what and how, excessively unexpected expenses await you. When something didn't occur to me after taking over the vehicle, I was immediately approached by a mechanic and provided an explanation. Rent NV for a mouthpiece, just add the fuel you consume. No tax on wear and tear of the car, tires, internal components, etc. Possibility of towing. Friendly and active approach, good price, no downtime and always willingness to solve the problem. All this makes MKL a good reputation and a brand of quality in our region.

So, these never again ... The bored voice of the gentleman on the phone should have warned me when negotiating the tire change, but I couldn't say. Without much trouble, we agreed on time. I am in a hurry from work, arrive at the agreed time and the person behind the counter tells me with a tone of "what do you want here, do not bother" that the technician is already in the dressing room and is leaving home regardless of any agreed date. An hour before closing time ... Approach fact to one, I recommend avoiding the arc.

I have been going to MKL for several years and I would not change. The approach to the customer is perfect. Everything is always carefully explained to me (and I really need it after a shovel), offered solutions. I very much appreciate that mechanics always inspect everything possible to prevent unexpected failures. Reasonable prices, great speed and major repairs and I really appreciate that the service lends a replacement vehicle. They even came for my broken down vehicle once and took it to the service station on the platform. I can always count on the honesty, willingness and very friendly approach of the owner and all his employees, so I say "guys, thank you"!

Excellent approach. They can deal with any problem. Quick and professional agreement. When they find another problem, they call, ask if I want to solve it, offer options. I have been using this service for several years and I can only highly recommend it!

I can only recommend. perfect approach, negotiations, prices, just everything for 1 *. The boys can help and help with everything. There has never been a problem - I own two BMW e60 / e61 and I would not put them anywhere else.
