I definitely recommend, the sink came super packed and fast.

This is the complaint department of spol. Buildings EU and Kamoda which is one company. I ran out of a sink - unfortunately, because of the postponement of the kitchen assembly date, I did not immediately unpack the sink. Now summary - we are able to understand that the claim was not accepted because I had to open the box within two days of delivery. Their complaint technician - or the whole department - should consider changing the communication towards the client. Instead of the above, they wrote a rejection claim that I caused it myself and several options. But the traffic damage was obvious. I do not reject Kamody and EU Buildings, but I am sure to deal with complaints .....
