I had a problem that required someone to contact MOI as in the past contacting MOI for English speaking people never seemed to work. Anna Minjaríková and Nicole Vaisová came through with exactly what was needed to resolve the issue. KUDOS to Foreigners.cz To be fair, I must not only recognize Foreigners.cz as an excellent place to get answers and help but also the company that helped my wife and I get established in the Czech Republic, namely 4expats.cz. The good people at 4expats.cz deserve applause and recognition for their excellent work as well. There is room enough in CZ for multiple sources of help. KUDOS to all the visa specialists in the Czech Republic who actually do get results for their clients.

I have a property in Plzeň, fully furnished, with all equipment, ready for relocating. I have been struggling for two years with several real estate agencies in Plzeň. Mr. Zdeněk, did in one month what other agencies where not able to do in two years. Moreover, i would like to highlight, with Mr. Zdeněk we have very quick and brilliant communication, he is very skilled and open minded guy, with business intuition. Since I live in Italy, he is taking care of my property with same care like if I was there on place.
