VZP Plzen is full of people who don’t know what they’re doing. I came there to pay for the months of July and August last year, knowing I owe money. I told them I did work and needed to pay, but they told me I owed nothing. When I got my taxes done I found out I owed for July and August and now late fees! I’ve been there twice now trying to get this fixed but people refuse to help me simply stating “it’s not their fault”. What terrible people that work there.
Same BS in all ceske urady: They work in the mornings and in the afternoons they close as soon as the can. Lazyness is everywhere.
Officials work only twice a week and incredible queues
I was on Wednesday 23.9.20, after losing the card. Absolutely amazing gentleman at the entrance told me everything, he was very nice and funny. Thank you very much
Pleasant and spacious environment. Many partitions, but not always fully utilized, and it rarely happens that I do not wait long. The whole space is barrier-free and in summer it is breathable. The staff are always nice and willing to advise and explain.
