Terrible, after a telephone agreement and informing me what I want to deal with, I spent over an hour writing out one form because the lady did not have a complete idea of ​​doing (for example, she tried to call for 20 minutes in support where there was only a slot machine). There were some serious mistakes in the final form (like wrong address, missing name, wrong date of birth) .... and they let me go without excuse and feeling they actually did me a favor .... horror
