I do not strongly recommend this shop to customers. I bought Gerry Weber leather shoes here. price 3000 CZK. After the first wear in the city (about 3 km) the shoes peeled toe and one shoe peeled off the inner heel. I went to claim shoes. When I took my shoes out of the box, the saleswoman barked at me for doing it myself, because I can't walk properly, which I find very rude. Subsequently she informed me that my shoes would not be accepted for the complaint because I do not have a receipt (I had a receipt and a warranty card). I was approached by a standing customer who instructed the saleswoman that the customer does not have to prove the purchase by paragon. The shop assistant raised her voice, raising her voice, to take care of herself and not to interfere in foreign affairs. The shoes did not accept me for the complaint, even though I had a legal right to do so without a paragon. After delivery of the paragon I was reluctantly issued a claim card, the claim was not recognized. So I asked for a complaint directly from the owner, who also told me that I destroyed my shoes by walking poorly. My answer is that a good-quality leather shoe cannot be kicked by normal walking so that it peeles off, leaving no reaction. The second complaint was also not recognized. Result? The shoes for 3000 CZK, which I bought for autumn wear, were in the complaint until January, which did not solve anything. I can throw my shoes away. But apart from the complaint policy, which the seller does not affect, absolutely striking is the incompetent and rude behavior of the ladies they sell in the shop. Within a few seconds they managed to discourage two customers at once (both me and the aforementioned lady who defended me at the first complaint) and to prove the utmost professionalism of their approach (I just add that when I came to pick up my first complaint) from the cash register she said, "So they did not recognize it!"). So, if you do not mind when someone treats you like a trotlem and if you are looking for shoes that should not walk but just sit, be sure to come here. Customers who are looking for quality goods and decent access, I recommend avoiding this trade arc ...

We visited the shop before Christmas. The shop assistants in this shop did not respond to their greetings, their behavior was arrogant and did not pay enough attention to us. When we picked out the goods, they completely overlooked us and insulted us, the willingness to help with the selection zero. When they left, they did not respond to us again. We left this store absolutely disgusted.
