Unfortunately, I would not recommend this studio to anyone, although I have it 5 minutes from the house, so I'd rather go somewhere further .. The ordering system absolutely does not work, you wait calmly for over half an hour before time was agreed .. the condition that 3 people can easily penetrate your nails .. The nails will last, but the design ... Each nail is differently shaped, the nails are crooked, ugly and lumpy. but the file in the summer and I went to him for a pedicure, he was precise and very handy, I must definitely praise him. Otherwise, unfortunately, a great disappointment, despite the fact that the workers are sometimes annoying, as if it bothers them that you want nails :-) .. Beautiful studio but the services ... It's a great pity.

I have been here twice on my fingernails and very dissatisfied. Nails flabby, poorly sanded, crooked. During the week, my first dropped out and another three within 14 days. Unfortunately, the young lady did not know a word of Czech, so we were not able to agree on the shape of the nails. Unfortunately, I won't give another chance, even though I'm sorry, because I have it not far from the house.

On Sunday, my partner and I visited a branch with a vision of a well-executed pedicure. I went to the branch with confidence, because I visited it at the end of June for a manicure, and when I saw the work commitment and the care of the staff performing the pedicure to other clients, I was really excited! As a standard, we do pedi at home, but after returning from vacation, we didn't have enough time and the feet got a lot thanks to the warm stones on the beach. Leaving aside the fact that we were ordered at 11:30 and the partner waited for about another 10 minutes before he was even settled, then what was done to us can hardly be called a pedicure !! Loading the feet into a hot bath and then filing with a hand file with lubricating the feet for 500 CZK? And with a gel of 650 CZK, when I had gel everywhere, bubbles on my nails and after the arrival of the house I still had to finish my nails ?? It really doesn't come to me as a price-matched service. It was seen and known in the performance that the two workers did not catch up and the young lady at the "reception" could not refuse clients who came without an order on mani demand. I wouldn't have written such a disgusted review if I had no comparison, but given my first visit and the way I saw the clients who were on the pedicure in front of us on Sunday receiving the oven, because the staff was obviously still chasing it, I decided to do so . I'm really disappointed and I don't recommend the branch! The care I have met here does not correspond at all to the standards of these branches - for example at the Campus.

Good afternoon. I did a classic pedicure, I was quite satisfied with the price and quality. The manicure was bad. The cuticles were all left hanging, on the nails .... the hygiene was bad, nothing was disinfected. We sawed with saws of different hummingbirds, but in the end nothing. I came, they immediately began to cut .... why, and the cuticle .... sawed along the cuticle with an emery file ..... I am in shock 😭 only tears .... I can’t look, I’m looking for a master to remove this horror.
