Big deception. I don't understand if they have written that they deal with sales and service, so if I bring the saw there for repair, I'm arrogantly told that I'm unlucky because I didn't buy the saw from them. This gentleman should not work with people when they are misbehaving. It is a disgrace to STIHL. Nowhere else has this ever happened to me. If you could give negative stars, that would be great.

They say on our website: “Our company is selling, servicing and revising professional garden and forestry equipment.” But when I brought the Stihl saw to service, I was arrogantly fired saying that the saw was not purchased from them and wherever I go she bought her. I don't understand when someone wants to service a saw and pay for why they throw it away when they offer it as a service.
