I didn't buy glasses here, but my experience with the Mail Order here is really bad. At first, at the expense of saying the code, Mrs. "You dude" told me, because it was difficult to understand through the veil and she was obviously no longer nervous about it. Another incident happened when I was picking up a shipment of wine and I saw on the screen that the lady would check my age. I asked politely if he would want a citizen to prove himself. "Well, I expect you were 18 when you ordered it!" Of course, there was no arrogant tone. Then, with the shipment, she slammed my asshole against the table. So I gave it one last chance. I went for the next ordered package, the lady was nervous again with the code, then she immediately told me that I was paying with a card and in the final she didn't even remember what name she was looking for on the package. Very bad approach for me and unfortunately I will not have any package delivered to you. Dealing with people like this ... Think about your behavior towards younger customers, they are also people who pay you for your services. You are here for people, not people for you.

I can say that the employee's behavior is really appalling. I always like to go to Zásilkovna and I have never had a bad experience in Optica until today. Other times I meet a nice smiling blonde here, but today there was another lady. And very different. At 16:39 I was told if I realized they had the Mailbox by half past one. I was standing in an empty shop. I politely apologized and asked the lady if she would give me the shipment anyway. She gave it to me, however, with a disgusting and completely arrogant approach. When I still dared to ask where is the next Mailroom on this street, in which I had another shipment, with a smirk and contempt, I was told that I was opposite (I don't understand how I couldn't know) I have never experienced such behavior in my life. I'm not even talking about what tone the lady was able to tell me goodbye. For me, if you see a blonde so ok, but if a smaller lady with short hair (age about 40). You'd better leave the package there until the next day and don't spoil your day. Or rather use the Mailbox opposite in the CMS, as I will do from now on.

I just brought new glasses ... I am so satisfied and blissful .. :-) Thanks to Optica Ečerová I have a complete service .. and I'm not talking about the fact that the eye measurement service comes to me much more thoroughly than at the eye doctor, where I always austerely .. Thank you for being .. I've been with you since 2001 !!! So 20 years: -O :-)

Perfect and professional approach. For glasses I always go and come to pi. Echer. Comprehensive care and a great selection of rims, willingness to do - what more could you want. In addition, I really appreciate the Mailbox bonus! Good luck !!

Mohu jen doporučit. Pro klasické i sluneční brýle již několik let nechodím jinam. Personál vždy skvěle poradí a pomůže. Velmi ráda využívám zásilkovnu, ani tam jsem se nikdy nesetkala s problémem. 🙂
