Hello, I have visited this sales / service of mobile phones several times and I have always been completely satisfied with everything, which seller is always perfectly prepared to explain everything to you, advise you and never refuse you.
Even when I arrived from Uherské Hradiště, they were willing to spend time with me even after working hours. you probably wonder why I drive from Uherské Hradiště to Uherský Brod ??? Don't be surprised because this service is very good and the sellers are always willing. I can say that in UH. not so good service. we do not have very good experience with this store. Or rather with her sales staff, a young lady. Several times it happened to us that she behaved arrogantly, reluctantly and certainly did not know what she was actually selling there. when asked about small speakers for the phone, he sends us to go and buy them at the Okay power plant, while he has them directly behind his background. She did not forget to emphasize to us that her working hours end in 15 minutes and that she no longer intends to deal with us. Any willingness and respect for a customer who wants to spend money there? absolute disinterest.
I rate this service very positively.
