What they did out of the shopping center there is a complete disaster today .... unfortunately !!!

There could be more shops and services.
A project that has not taken hold. The place looks sad and abandoned. Several shops on the ground floor, on the upper floors practically only shops - skin, insurance, etc.
Luxury on the outside and disaster on the inside !!!
