The bank sells the service to you and your customers, you pay% - clear. Unfortunately, there is no customer service here. If I have a cafe / pastry shop and yes I close at a certain time, it is my duty to serve the customer lightly after - if he comes, such a customer will bring you another 10 next time - and customers will "feed" your business. Serve and serve is the difference (smile, joy). Try to just take a look at Vienna for sachr, otherwise it turns there. The desserts are otherwise very good and he wants to work a little on communication and "customer care" :)

We visited the confectionery with great expectations. We saw her by the road and then we turned and came back. The young lady was not very friendly, we felt that we were actually harassing. Some cakes at first glance super others, that I thought what it is like, I recognized the "tartlet" only by the shape of Linz and the name below it. Pickled cream in all sorts and some fruits. I wouldn't even want to taste it from the look of it. This way (see photo) to wrap the confectioner's roll at the final try so it flies off, but I was picking it up. The taste is not below average, without eg an acidic element (for example currant jam), monotonous and boring. The tip-taste didn't quite match the price. Rakvička - the best of all 3 desserts, but still a heavy average. It doesn't bother me to have a dessert for maybe 300 crowns, so the prices are completely proportional to the desserts, but not to the taste. An unnamed confectionery in Ostr. Lhotě has desserts at a similar level, but almost half cheaper. I have already had some confectionery courses, so I think that my evaluation of desserts is very objective. What still struck me that the young lady did not give us the receipts is not to be requested by the customer himself in any case. The operator has to give this without prompting himself. The owner's answer: it can already be deduced from the owner's answer that the staff's behavior is on the hook, and that we were not given two receipts on the hook, because the financier would have it on the hook as well, yes. Probably the ego in question.

Today we visited the Dobrá Naděje confectionery. We were greeted by a very pleasant and smiling staff. An excellent coffee and a luxury dessert lifted our spirits. If we were local, we would certainly visit the patisserie more often. Věra and Milada Jeseník

We have just visited this confectionery in Luhačovice, which fascinated us with its pleasant environment. We arrived at 17.22, sat down with other customers and no one noticed us for a long time. So I went inside for a drink list and saw the staff sweeping inside the patisserie. I note that none of the customers were sitting at the table in the patisserie. We ordered Pina Colada, elderberry lemonade (it disappointed me a lot, the taste of elderberry had far and a little frozen forest fruit with water and a hint of elderberry syrup for the money? The attendant cleaned and flashes the used dishes. When it was 18.10, a young couple came to have coffee ... the attendant no longer served them :(. At the same time, the staff warned one gentleman that they would be closing, and before our eyes they began to mop the floor and then clean the cushions from the garden. We were a completely unwelcome visit, customers were not important to them. I give thumbs up and although I like Luhačovive, I will never go for something good here again.
