I bought a custom collar with printed names. After a week the name was hardly legible and the threads began to tear. so I wrote an e-mail how to file a complaint with attached photos and invoice and until now nobody communicates with me and it is more than two weeks

After 14 days, the 700 🙄 collar looks awfully the same as AliExpress
