I have been here for the third time since the opening of the renovated spa. Since the spa opened after the C. crisis, I was reconciled to a certain restriction and setting of rules according to government regulations. I was very disappointed that the company's management absolutely did not manage the set system of management and operation of the spa. The first thing that struck me was that I didn't get a reserved room. Although I boarded 3 days after opening, it was already occupied. I had to ask for an alternative solution myself. I was also shocked when a seasonal surcharge was paid for accommodation, even though all clients had the same accommodation conditions. I would understand if everyone paid the same amount without distinction and not from 0, - CZK per day to 290, - CZK per day. When they referred them to the spa management, no one was willing to go complain. If you are reading the Lázně website, do not let yourself be influenced, it is best to check everything from clients who have already been here. When it comes to treating mental problems, it's worse here, and I don't think management wants to do anything about it. Psychiatrists treat you unprofessionally, have a cold approach and know nothing about the procedures they prescribe. When you object, you are already included in the group of maladapted and non-cooperating! Everyone knows what the psyche does to a person. One thing is so and then another. This is not looked at here ..... Mrs. Manager Janičková is a very confident person who solves everything as if reading a directive in a factory. They do not look at their employees to see if they are sufficiently and equally informed, so don't be surprised that everyone at the reception promises you something different. Her main credo is: pay and don't ask for what! When I was speaking for all the clients of Mrs. Janičková from the company's management, her reaction was that they agreed with the doctor not to allow me to extend my stay even though I was entitled to it. You can't even complain about smokers who smoke directly from you. under the windows. However, I can only praise the staff from the cleaners, rehabilitation workers to the chefs and the staff of the dining room and meals, which are available to choose from four types.
