Zigolini Caffe a Bar

I had a nice warm sandwich with prosciutto and a lovely oat cookie (it was really so good). The coffe (latte macchiato) was not the best but it was acceptable. Also the money I paid for was decent. The lady was serving there was very kind and nice. And on top of it it was the only place after passport control where I was able to purchase something to eat and drink (if I do not count wending machines). So I would definitely recommend this place.

Sunday 08/12 at 8:30am. Ordered a tea and coffee from this cafe. Served by the only man working at time (star tattoo on neck) He poured too much milk into tea. I asked politely if I could have another one as it was too milky to drink. He told me to speak Cheque Republic and said if You come to my country you speak my language, not English and told me to go away. I eventually got my cup of tea after being yelled at. As a paying customer I am extremely upset by this racist remark and level of rudeness. This kind of service and attitude is not acceptable and regardless of this mans position, he should have some back to basics training in customer service and common courtesy.

Absolutely disgusting service. We were refused service because we wanted to use food vouchers from the airline due to a cancelled flight, which were to be accepted by all food outlets at the airport. We were turned away by saying 'not here'. But when we persisted and asked to speak to the manager, they allowed us to have two sandwiches but refused to make a hot chocolate. Why? The rudeness absolutely baffled me. Food was average at best. Would give zero stars if I could. Avoid.
