Worst service, coffee is the thing which people get it on the go, and if ur shop is at main station then keep in mind that there would be rush, and if ur staff cant handle this rush then please have a shop somewhere around the prague, if someone is not picking the coffee after payment then its customer's mistake so if u find each customer who dint pick their coffee in whole station then person who is waiting for his coffee will surely miss the train. It happened to me, neither i got the coffee neither i cought my train, thanks to the poor service by ur shop. Date: aug 10, time: 8.00
