Calling a branch is a big challenge. The banker canceled my account, but somehow forgot to cancel the credit card I didn't use. When I try to solve a problem, no one can be called except for an investment adviser who does not deal with the change of account cancellation. So I recommend maximum caution and resilience. Addition to the answer: Have a nice day, Dano, thank you for answer. I used the line, as you probably see in my customer card. First, thanks to the line, I found out that I had a personal banker, and then after I could not call the number on the line or the crowd, I got a phone number on the line, thanks to which I (I hope) solved the problem at another branch. 20 minutes of waiting, when nobody was in the queue at the arrival, but out of about 6 counters only 1 apparently took clients ...

A little chaotic layout of the branch on 2 floors, fortunately a helpful employee alerted the customers who were waiting on the wrong floor every moment. Regarding the solution of the problem itself, I was in charge of Veronika P., who kindly, quickly, funny and clearly explained everything needed, for me certainly maximum satisfaction.
