On reception you should show your ID than they will give you a black card and with it you should take elevator to the third floor. If you first time there you should go to room 324 or 325 and they will register you, after it you should go to “pokladna” to pay. First time you can pay only personally, all other times, you can do it online. Not everyone knows English, but they are explaining all so fine, we didn’t need to know Czech to understand.
