Already third time there for either car registration or driving license. Every time people were friendly and my problems were solved quickly. Really nice experience.

Edit : increasing +1 because of the support staff at the entrance. We were invited faster today, but we faced same person and its approach at the customer desk. There were no welcome , no apologies about the wasted time. He said - 'if you don't like our service - go somewhere else'. From my opininion he is not bad employee , but just need to be more flexible. In its work he may meet peoples with different culture and understanding of the "customer service" at all. The employee has never seen technical exam documents /STK/ from Austria despite it is same as Slovakia. He said - I see such kind of document for first time. The same document was readable and understandable from all other services. The employee even don't know that STK from other EU countries are legit in Czechia. From my opinion these difficulties were created because we purchased a car not from CR, but from Austria. My will was to purchase car from CR, but the cars here are 50 % much expensive than Austria and Germany. So, Total time necessary to obtain car plates and related papers take 7 days, and there visits.

I was here for the first time. For the first time, I was dealing with anything about the car and I have to say great. If a person finds all the information (which is not difficult nowadays) and goes there ready in 15 minutes, he leaves with a rewritten vehicle. Of course, if ordered in advance. Although the times are terrible and there are some restrictions everywhere, it was really quickly resolved. The lady was nice, willing to fast. Definitely a great approach for me even in these difficult times. Also the willingness of the gentleman who walks out in front of the magistrate and calls the people who are ordered. They have order and no chaos.

I ta jedna hvězdička je moc. Naprostá tragédie. Nepříjemní, otrávení, pomalí, arogantní. Radím vám dobře, kdo potřebujete cokoliv s registrem vozidel, tak běžte na jinou obec s rozšířenou působností, např. Rosice. Tam jsou rychlí, příjemní, ochotní. Osobní zkušenost. Bohužel málokdo ví, že na registr můžete na kteroukoliv obec s rozšířenou působností v ČR. Bohužel toto neplatí u registru řidičů, to musíte vždy v místě, ve kterém sídlí vaše autoškola.

Today, however, a big unpleasant surprise ... the office changed the office time only to Mon / Wed / Pa in the morning, the rest is only for ordered. To be on the safe side, he switched off the reservation system, so it is not possible to order. Of course it's because of government measures ... but is it the right solution ??? Lately there have been people just, no queues, it was possible to stand at a distance of 2m ... etc. Now I'm waiting for everyone who hasn't gotten here in the last two days to come here on Wednesday, more people will be pushing for a ticket, without the possibility of withdrawal .... I don't see any benefit in fighting the virus ... So I take the stars not from the office but from a government nonsensical regulation. For me, I lost 2 hours of travel to the office and back today .... if they at least put it on the web ... :(
