In a word, horror.

We needed to rent a room for two students. The lady was arrogant, it was only a commission she asked of us before the search. Which I refused without describing the contract. After a simple inquiry about the tightness of wooden windows, the room temperature in the winter, and a few other operational inquiries, we were left out of what we would like if it was so cheap. She brandished the crowds. She went into the room of the current guest without her knowledge that she could not reach her and, in addition, her dog, which she took with you .... on the carpet .... Apparently we saw nothing ".... Finally she found out that we only want girls, even if it did not matter before the tour, we drove 100 km. We did not go for the next tour. The next day she sent me an email explaining "that bad day" ...
